What to write about

• Something went wrong with a job: result missing, file damaged, processing stuck.
• Refunds: the rules are in the terms, but write anyway and we will sort it out.
• Your data: deletion requests, including the anonymised archive pair described in the privacy policy.
• Volume or code work: repositories, batches, or an API. Tell us roughly how much and how often.

Who runs the service

unmarkclaude.io. Payments are handled by lava.top as the merchant of record, so that is the name on your card statement; the work and the answers to this email are ours.
